I found an interesting pieced history at the thrift store. A WWII Catholic metal cover (bulletproof) prayer book, cover reads '"May The Lord Be With You".  Internet research shows it was intended to be kept over the soldiers hearts and could 'deflect' bullets from piercing the heart. Neat piece of history. Bears a stamped owner's name.....M. Woodbridge, 1949

Perhaps I am the last one to find this, but just today I found the app GoodReads.  What fun it was to scan the ISBN number on many of my books.  Now I have a nice list of my books, maybe I'll be able to stop the "do I have this book?" question.......http://www.goodreads.com
